First you should see if your system uses Nv4.sys video driver. To see this follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on MyComputer
Step 3: Go to Hardware tab
Step 3: Click on Device Manager button
Step 4: Right Click on Display adapters -> Properties
Step 5: Click on Driver tab and press Driver Details
Repeat these steps if you have more than one multiple display adapter
