If you look in Task Manager on the CPU usage and sort by CPU value you will see that the System Idle Process have a high value and some of you have impression that this is not good. This is wrong; because this value shows how the processor is free at the moment and if this value is less means that we have a process which occupies a good part of the processor.
If your computer works slowly and your System Idle Process have a big value (more than 90), you should look on the memory usages and detect which programs takes to much space on your memory.
To be sure that you don’t have a virus, spyware, trojan etc. you should scan your computer with an antivirus and you have here a list with free antivirus.
