In this article I will explain what you should do to make the Firefox to work’s fine. The cause of this error is the add-ons which you have installed on Firefox.

Add-ons
Uninstall and then reinstall the Firefox.
Step 1: Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs
Step 2: Uninstall Firefox
Step 3: At “Remove you customization “click yes
Step 4: Restart your computer
Step 5: Reinstall the Firefox
Or you can try to uninstall all the add-ons to see if the error is reproducible.
Step 1: Start->All Programs->Mozilla Firefox->Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)
Step 2: Disable all plugging and extensions on startup
To make that the crash report doesn’t appear each time when you have problem with you Firefox, do these steps:
1. Right-click “My Computer” -> “Properties”
2. Click “Advanced” tab and the click on “Environment Variables” button
4. Click “New” (can be either a User or System Variable)
5. Variable Name =MOZ_CRASHREPORTER_DISABLE; Variable Value = 1
