How to identify the cause of your problem in Windows 7

I searched over the forums and finally I found how can I find why my computer goes crazy, unfortunately the options below may be used only for Windows 7.

Perhaps some of you will say that when an error occurs I will search on Google and find out how to fix this. It is better so, but what happens if the error can have many causes?
