Fix 0×80040115 error in Microsoft Outlook Express

The error 0×80040115 can appear in Microsoft Outlook Express when a registry data is corrupted or missing. In this case RPC data may be blocked, and Outlook may not start in Windows Server. This error must be fixed immediately to prevent further damage to the Outlook Express, such email lost, can’t sends email.

To fix this error you should enabling the Use Cached Exchange Mode feature in Outlook, and to make this, follow the bellowed steps:

Step 1: Start your Outlook Express;
Step 2: Go to Tools from menu, and then click on Account Settings;
Step 3: After that you need to click on the e-mail account that you use, and then you need to click on Change;
Step 4: Click to select the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box, and then need to click on Next button;
Step 5: Click on Finish button;
Step 6: And then need to finally click on Close;
