Either the Outlook Express POP3 client is not able to access the mailbox because it does not exist or there is a custom recipient in the Exchange Server organization that has the same alias as you do, and Exchange Server is attempting to access the custom recipient before accessing your mailbox.
To fix these errors you should try to use Clear Text in Outlook Express.

To do so follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Tools, click on Accounts. This will bring up several tabs.
Step 2: If you select any listed mail account, the Properties will have a Servers tab with the Log on using option.
Step 3: Select the Clear Text option.
If this works, then you were trying to access a non-existent mailbox or the wrong mailbox. If this does not work, then the administrator needs to check for and remove the custom recipient.

Option 1: Automatically
Step 1: Click here
Step 2: Click Run in the File Download dialog box, and follow the steps in this wizard.

Option 2: Manually
The steps below do not apply to Windows XP Home Edition, or Windows Vista Home Basic and Home Premium editions. To restore security setting for Home editions, either uses the Microsoft Fix, System Restore or a backup.

Note: After security settings are applied, you cannot undo the changes without restoring from a backup. If you are uncertain about how to restore your security settings to the default settings, you must make a complete backup that includes the System State (the registry files). Items that are reset include NTFS file system files and folders, the registry, policies, services, permissions, and group membership.

To restore your operating system to the original installation default security settings, follow these steps:
1. Open a new Command Prompt:
2. In Windows XP

o Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then press ENTER.
In Windows Vista
o Click Start and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
o In the results area, right-click cmd.exe, and then click Run as administrator. You will be prompted to type the password for an administrator account. Click Continue if you are the administrator or type the administrator password. Then, click Continue.

3. In Windows XP, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose

In Windows Vista, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

You receive a “Task is completed” message and a warning message that something could not be done. You can safely ignore this message. For more information about this message, see the %windir%\Security\Logs\Scesrv.log file.

Next steps After you run this Microsoft Fix it (or complete these manual steps), standard user accounts may no longer appear on the log on screen when you start your computer or try to switch users. This occurs because standard user accounts are removed from the Users group when you reset Windows security settings. To add the affected users accounts back to the Users group, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then All Programs or click Programs.
2. Click Accessories, and then click Command Prompt (Windows XP). Or right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run As Administrator (Windows Vista).

There is not enough free space on partition (drive:). A total of space_size megabytes (MB) of free disk space is required. Try Disk Cleanup, or moving files to an external location such as a CD, DVD, or external hard drive, and then restart the installation.”
This problem occurs when the virtual memory paging file is reduced below the recommended size. Windows upgrade requires that the page file be the recommended size, and it requires that sufficient space be available on the drive to accommodate a default sized page file. By default, Windows stores the paging file on the system volume. Therefore, there is insufficient free space on the system volume when you try to upgrade to Windows 7.

To resolve this problem, we have two options:

Option 1: Free up space on the system volume
Use Disk Cleanup, or try to move files to an external location such as a CD, DVD, or external hard disk drive. Then, restart the installation. Make sure that required free space is available on the system drive.

To free up space on your hard disk, Disk Cleanup finds and then removes temporary files on your computer that you decide you no longer need. If you have more than one drive or partition on your computer, you are prompted to select the drive that you want Disk Cleanup to clean.

Steps to start Disk Cleanup:
Step 1: Go to Start
Step 2: Go to All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools-> Disk Cleanup

Option 2: Move the paging file to another volume
Step 1: Log on to the computer as Administrator.
Step 2: Go to Start, right-click Computer and then click Advanced system settings.
Step 3: In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Performance.
Step 4: In the Performance Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab, and then click Change.
Step 5: Click to clear the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box.
Step 6: In the Drive [Volume Label] list, click a drive other than the one on which Windows is installed (typically, this is drive C). Under Total paging file size for all drives, note the value that is displayed next to Recommended.
Step 7: Check the Custom size box, and then type the recommended value in the Initial size (MB) box.
Step 8: Type the maximum size that you want to allow for paging in the Maximum size (MB) box, and then click Set.
Step 9: In the Drive [Volume Label] list, click the drive on which Windows is installed, click to select the No paging file check box, and then click Set.
Step 10: Click Yes when you are prompted.
Step 11: Click OK, and then restart the computer.

Error: “STOP 0×0000007B INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE”

The cause of this error is the AHCI driver (Msahci.sys) is disabled in Windows 7 and Windows Vista. This driver must be enabled before you change the SATA mode of the boot drive.

To resolve this issue, enable the AHCI driver in the registry before you change the SATA mode of the boot drive.
To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Exit all Windows-based programs
Step 2: Go to Start, in the start search box type regedit, and then press Enter
Step 3: It’s possible to receive the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue
Step 4: Locate and then click the following registry subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Msahci

Step 5: In the right pane, right-click Start in the Name column, and then click Modify
Step 6: In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK
Step 7: On the File menu, click Exit to close Registry Editor
Step 8: Restart your computer

To rebuild icon cache, follow the steps:

For Windows XP:

Step 1: Go to Application Data folder
(C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data)
Step 2: Delete the file named IconCache.db
Step 3: Restart your computer. (After you will restart your computer, windows will automatically re create the IconCache.db file.)

For Windows Vista and Windows 7:

Step 1: Go to Local folder
(C:\Users\You User Name\AppData\Local)
Step 2: Delete the file named IconCache.db
Step 3: Restart your computer. (After you will restart your computer, windows will automatically re create the IconCache.db file.)

There are 2 types of scan, verification and a scan/repair mode.

Steps to start scan mode (verify and fix any corrupt files)

Step 1: Go to Start and type cmd (Windows + R key)
Step 2: In the Command prompt window, type: sfc /scannow and then press Enter key
The scan process may take time and your windows system will replace and repair any corrupted or missing files. You will be asked to insert your Vista DVD if it’s needed.

Steps to start verify mode (verify any corrupt files only)

Step 1: Go to Start and type cmd (Windows + R key)
Step 2: In the Command prompt window, type: sfc /verifyonly and then press Enter key

- Try cleaning your Windows installation disc. It might be scratched, smudged, or dirty. Clean the disc with a soft cloth, insert it in the CD or DVD drive, and then begin the Windows installation again. If your installation disc is damaged, you might need to replace it.

- Make sure your CD or DVD drive is working properly. If it isn’t, the disc might be vibrating too much for the laser to accurately read the data. For more information about this problem, consult your hardware documentation, or contact the CD or DVD drive manufacturer.

- If your computer has multiple CD or DVD drives, make sure your computer is trying to locate files on the correct drive. If your computer has a feature to disable CD or DVD drives that are not being used, disable the drives that you aren’t using. Otherwise, try inserting the disc into a different drive, and then start the installation again.

- Check to see whether a virus is on your computer. Run an antivirus program to scan your system and identify needed repairs. Be sure to disable the antivirus program before beginning the installation again.
